Features and Effects
The center diffuser blocks airflow from behind the rear axle to prevent air from entering the rear bumper, thereby reducing unnecessary drag. It directs all airflow to the underside of the diffuser to generate strong downforce.
The conical shape of the left and right side tunnels increases the airflow velocity, drawing air from beneath the body toward the rear.
The left and right end panels reduce drag by smoothing the airflow to minimize air being swept up toward the rear bumper.
By creating a gap between the rear bumper and the diffuser to enlarge the opening for air to escape rearward, the airflow beneath the body is improved, enhancing overall downforce and cooling under the body.
　
　
Important Notes Regarding Diffuser Installation
This product cannot be installed on vehicles equipped with the stock exhaust or an equivalent aftermarket exhaust system due to differences in layout.
The LAPTORR exhaust for the E46-M3 can be installed.
