Returns and Exchanges
Under no circumstances can orders be canceled once they have been placed.
Please note that, as a general rule, we cannot accept returns of used items or returns made for reasons attributable to the customer.We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to the customer’s convenience (e.g., misunderstanding of specifications, product not meeting expectations, or ordering errors).
However, we will accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped.
Please contact us within 8 business days regarding defective products.
Be sure to include your order number, name, and address when contacting us via the CONTACT page on our website.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns for defective items without prior notification.
While we take every precaution regarding product quality and shipping, please contact us immediately in the unlikely event of an accident during transit, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item being shipped.
When ASSIST / LAPTORR ships a product, responsibility for the item transfers to the shipping carrier and the customer once the carrier picks up the package. If there is any damage, you must report it to the shipping carrier. Delays in delivery due to shipping errors or damage are the responsibility of the shipper. In such cases, ASSIST / LAPTORR assumes no liability whatsoever .
Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs and fees . (We will cover shipping costs in cases where the issue is our responsibility, such as a manufacturing defect.)
