Wide Front Fenders for BMW F82 M4: Enhanced Cornering Force These front fenders were developed specifically to improve cornering force. Based on the characteristics of the BMW F82 M4, the ASSIST F-M4 project had already verified that cornering force is enhanced when all tires are the same size.While the ASSIST F-M4 project modified the fenders to accommodate tires of the same size, we have now commercialized a wide fender that offers both weight reduction and improved cooling.The design retains the original BMW lines while incorporating a street-sport aesthetic. The increased volume from the wider fenders and the cooling ducts create an aggressive style. With minimal widening and slim ducts, the design has been meticulously crafted down to the finest details to ensure balance, whether installed as a standalone fender kit or added to a vehicle already equipped with an aero kit. The BMW genuine side markers are reused. These fenders can be installed without modification on vehicles equipped with LAPTORR side spoilers.　Reference values for width: These wide fenders are designed to accommodate BBS RI-A 18" 11.0J and RAYS TE37SAGA 18" 11.0J wheels with YOKOHAMA ADVAN A052 295/35-18 tires on the front.For the suspension, an INTRAX adjustable height kit with camber/caster-adjustable front upper mounts is required, with a camber setting of approximately -2.5 to -3.0°.　They also feature improved cooling performance. The ducts around the side markers have been extended to the side steps, and slits have been added to the top surface of the fenders. The master model is made of dry carbon using the prepreg process and weighs 810g. The lineup is planned to include two types: dry carbon and dry FRP. Prices will be announced at a later date.    

Performance! Due to the nature of the B58 engine, while torque is exceptionally high from around 2,000 to 4,000 rpm, there is a tendency for torque to drop significantly at higher RPMs due to the turbocharger’s capacity. Designed as a performance muffler, the LAPTORR exhaust promotes turbine rotation through low friction, delivering excellent performance at high RPMs. We’ve also paid close attention to exhaust pressure control, so you won’t notice any loss of torque in the low-to-mid RPM range.　Sound Quality is a Priority! In Sport+ mode, the clear and pleasant exhaust note at high RPMs is incredibly racy! In Comfort mode, the simple design effectively suppresses muffled sounds. Volume! In Sport+ mode, the volume is set to deliver the best sporty sound and tone when the throttle is fully open, as heard from the driver’s seat.Since the Supra’s cabin has excellent sound insulation, the volume may seem a bit loud when heard from outside. With exhaust bubbling sounds from systems like bootmod3, the volume is more than sufficient, so you have a wide range of adjustment options, making it easy to tailor the volume and sound quality to your preference. In Comfort Mode, during steady cruising without acceleration, the volume is low enough to allow for comfortable conversation inside the cabin, thanks to the characteristics of the B58 engine. LAPTORR Front Spoiler / Complete Set for G80/82-M3/M4 We have completed a front spoiler that excels in aerodynamics. Designed in collaboration with "Dongmu" with a focus on aerodynamics and functionality, it is manufactured using the infusion molding process at a LAPTORR partner factory to create a carbon fiber product.The kit consists of four spoilers, allowing you to choose the combination that best suits your needs. The Base Spoiler increases downforce by extending further forward while maintaining the balance of the stock design. The ends are shaped to reduce drag on the tires, while the central section is designed for cooling and rear airflow management. It can be installed on its own. There are two types of Base Spoilers: Base 1 lacks the mounting holes for the extension on the underside of the spoiler tip, while Base 2 includes them.Base 1: We offer Base 1 for those who do not plan to install the extension and find the mounting holes on the underside of the spoiler tip visually distracting. Please note that Base 1 cannot be retrofitted with the extension. Base 2: Base 2 features mounting holes on the lower front section for connecting to the extension spoiler. Therefore, if installed alone, these mounting holes may be visible. We recommend the versatile Base 2 for those who do not mind the appearance even without the extension.　 　　Extension Spoiler The Extension Spoiler maximizes the surface area for downforce by extending the forward projection of the Base Spoiler even further. It connects flush with the underspoiler to enhance downforce. The shape of the central tip minimizes downforce fluctuations caused by changes in vehicle posture and also contributes to cooling the engine oil cooler, transmission, and differential.The base spoiler is required for installation of the extension spoiler. 　　　Side Spoiler: Airflow from the grilles at both ends of the bumper is directed by the side spoiler to pass along the outside of the tires, cooling the wheel wells and promoting smooth airflow toward the rear. This is effective when wide tires protrude from the bumper. It can be installed independently.　 　　Under Spoiler: This serves as the main component for generating downforce.To generate significant downforce, the surface area has been maximized. Consequently, the carbon fiber thickness has been increased to ensure sufficient strength to withstand the downforce. Its design allows for smooth airflow from the engine oil cooler, contributing to cooling efficiency. The under spoiler cannot be installed on its own. We created a prototype using FRP to check the fit and functionality. While the main body of the final product is planned to be made of carbon fiber using the infusion molding process, we are also considering using FRP for the base and sides of the front spoiler. After actually installing it and testing various maintenance procedures, we decided to modify the mounting method to improve the mechanic’s workflow. Since the number of mounting points will increase to ensure strength, we are devising ways to simplify the process as much as possible.Since the testing phase is complete, we will temporarily remove the aero parts, paint them, and reinstall them on the body. Although the materials differ since this is a prototype, the shape is identical to the final product, so you can get a clear idea of what it will look like. We will be exhibiting it at ASSIST Kyoto next weekend.　　　Regarding the images: The images show the base, extension, under, and side components all installed. For everyday use, we recommend installing only the base and side components. The front-tip extension and under components are designed for motorsports applications requiring downforce.

Now that the design has largely been finalized, we are releasing the design renderings. We are developing four products—the front spoiler, front extension spoiler, front under spoiler, and side spoilers—each designed to maximize aerodynamic performance. They are sold separately so you can choose the ones that best suit your needs.Recommendation 1: For a simple style upgrade, choose the front spoiler. Recommendation 2: For a street-oriented style upgrade, choose the front spoiler and side spoiler set. Recommendation 3: For a more aggressive style upgrade, add the extension spoiler to the front and side spoilers. Recommendation 4: For motorsports use requiring significant downforce, choose the full kit including the under spoiler. This provides immense downforce.Recommendation 5: The side spoiler can be installed on its own to more efficiently channel airflow through the side ducts of the stock front bumper, enhancing the aerodynamic effect in the wheel wells. It is also effective at reducing drag caused by wide tires protruding from the bumper. We are currently working on the base model and are on track to release it within this year. We are releasing a custom-made, widened front fender designed exclusively for the ASSIST F-M4.
