Front Fender Wide for BMW F82 M4 Enhanced Cornering Force These front fenders were developed specifically to enhance cornering force. Based on the characteristics of the BMW F82 M4, ASSIST F-M4 had already verified that using tires of the same size on all wheels improves cornering force.While the ASSIST F-M4 achieved uniform tire size through fender modification, we have now commercialized wide fenders that offer weight reduction and enhanced cooling.The design retains the original lines while projecting a street sports image. The increased volume from the width and the cooling ducts create an aggressive style. The design is meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail to ensure balance, whether installed as a standalone fender or added to an aero-equipped vehicle, achieved through minimal widening and slim ducts. BMW genuine side markers are reused. It can be installed without modification on vehicles equipped with the LAPTORR side spoiler.　Reference Width: Designed to accommodate BBS RI-A 18" 11.0J and RAYS TE37SAGA 18" 11.0J wheels with YOKOHAMA ADVAN A052 295/35-18 tires on the front.The suspension requires an INTRAX coilover kit with camber/caster adjustable front upper mounts, setting the camber angle to approximately -2.5 to -3.0°.　Cooling efficiency is also enhanced. The ducts around the conventional side markers are extended to the side steps, and additional slits are added to the tire surface. The material master model is dry carbon using the prepreg method, weighing 810g. The lineup will include two types: dry carbon and dry FRP. Pricing will be announced at a later date.    

Performance!　　Due to the characteristics of the B58 engine, torque is exceptionally high from around 2000-4000 rpm, but tends to drop significantly at higher revs due to the turbo's capacity. The LAPTORR exhaust, designed as a performance muffler, promotes turbine rotation through low friction, resulting in an excellent design for high-rev performance. It also carefully controls exhaust pressure, so you won't feel any torque drop in the low-to-mid rpm range.　Sound quality is a priority! In Sport+ mode, the clear, pleasant exhaust note at high RPMs is incredibly race-inspired! Comfort mode utilizes a simple structure to suppress "muffled sound." Volume! In Sport+ mode, the volume is tuned for optimal sporty volume/sound quality heard in the driver's seat during full throttle.The Supra's cabin insulation is excellent, so the volume heard outside might be slightly loud. The exhaust burble sound from bootmod3, etc., is more than sufficient in volume, allowing for a wide adjustment range to easily match your preferred volume/sound quality. In Comfort Mode, during steady-speed cruising without acceleration, the volume is set so you can easily hold a conversation inside the cabin, thanks to the B58 engine's characteristics. LAPTORR Front Spoiler / Complete For G80/82-M3/M4 A front spoiler with excellent aerodynamics for the front end is now complete. Designed in collaboration with "Dome" to prioritize aerodynamics and functionality, it is manufactured at LAPTORR's partner factory using infusion molding to create a carbon fiber product.It consists of four spoilers to allow selection based on intended use. The base spoiler maintains the balance of the stock design while increasing the forward projection to enhance downforce. The outer edges reduce drag on the tires, while the central section is shaped for cooling and rearward airflow management. It can be installed alone. There are two types of base spoilers: Base 1 lacks the mounting holes for the extension on the underside of the spoiler tip, while Base 2 has them.Base 1 is for those who prefer a cleaner appearance without the mounting hole visible on the underside of the spoiler tip when not installing the extension. Note that this base cannot accommodate the extension. Base 2 features a mounting hole on the lower front section for connecting to the extension spoiler. This means the mounting hole may be visible when installed alone. For those who find the appearance acceptable even without the extension, we recommend the more versatile Base 2.　 　　Extension Spoiler The extension spoiler further increases the forward projection of the base spoiler, maximizing the area to generate downforce. It connects flush with the under spoiler to enhance downforce. The shape of the central tip minimizes downforce fluctuation due to body posture changes and also contributes to cooling the engine oil cooler, transmission, and differential.The base spoiler is absolutely required to install the extension spoiler. Side Spoiler Airflow from the grilles at both ends of the bumper side is guided by the side spoiler to pass outside the tire, cooling the wheel well and promoting rearward airflow. Effective when wide tires protrude beyond the bumper. Can be installed independently. Under Spoiler This is the main component for generating downforce.It maximizes surface area to generate substantial downforce. Consequently, carbon thickness is increased to ensure structural integrity capable of withstanding this downforce. Its shape facilitates smooth exhaust airflow from the engine oil cooler, contributing to cooling efficiency. The under spoiler cannot be installed alone. We created a prototype using FRP to check the fit and functionality. While the base material for the final product is planned to be infusion-molded carbon fiber, we are also considering FRP for the front spoiler base and sides. After actually installing it and testing various maintenance procedures, we decided to modify the mounting method to improve the mechanic's workability. Since securing strength requires more mounting points, we are devising ways to simplify the process as much as possible.The inspection process is complete. The aero components will be temporarily removed for painting and then reinstalled onto the body. Although the material differs as this is a prototype, the shape matches the final product, allowing you to visualize the final design. It will be displayed at ASSIST Kyoto next weekend.　　　Regarding the images: The images show the base, extension, under, and side parts all installed. For everyday use, we recommend installing only the base and side parts. The front-end extension and under parts are for motorsports requiring downforce.

The design has largely been finalized, so we're releasing the design concept. We're developing four products—a front spoiler, front extension spoiler, front under spoiler, and side spoilers—each engineered to deliver aerodynamic performance. They're separated so you can choose based on your needs.Recommendation 1: For simple styling, choose the front spoiler. Recommendation 2: For street-oriented styling, choose the front spoiler and side spoiler set. Recommendation 3: For a deeper styling effect, add the extension spoiler to the front spoiler and side spoiler. Recommendation 4: For motorsports use requiring significant downforce, choose the full kit including the under spoiler. It delivers tremendous downforce.Recommendation 5: The side spoiler can be installed individually to more efficiently channel the airflow from the side ducts on the stock front bumper, which has an aero effect on the wheel wells. It also helps reduce drag caused by wide tires protruding beyond the bumper. We are currently working on creating the base master model and are progressing with plans to release it within this year. We are commercializing front fenders specifically widened for the ASSIST F-M4 through custom fabrication. Once the product is complete, it will enable the installation of 18-inch 11.0J wheels paired with 295/35-18 tires at the front.
