FRONT SPOILER Complete G80/82-M3/M4

LAPTORR Front Spoiler/Complete For G80/82-M3/M4 Front with excellent aerodynamics is now available. Designed with aerodynamics and functionality in mind, it is a joint production with "Dome" and produced at LAPTORR affiliated factory using the infusion method to create a carbon product. It consists of 4 spoilers so that you can choose the combination that best suits your application. Base SpoilerThe amount of forward thrust is increased to increase downforce while maintaining the balance of the stock design. Both ends are shaped to reduce drag on the tires, while the center section is shaped for cooling and rearward rectification. It can be installed alone. There are two types of base spoilers: Base 1 has no holes for extensions on the underside of the spoiler tip, and Base 2 has holes for extensions. Base 1 is available for those who do not want to install the Base 1 extension and are concerned about the appearance of the holes on the underside of the spoiler tip. Please note that extensions cannot be added. Base 2 has a mounting hole in the front lower part for connecting to the extension spoiler. Therefore, the mounting hole may be visible when installed alone. If you do not have a problem with the appearance without an extension, we recommend the highly versatile Base 2.   Extension SpoilerThe forward projection of the base spoiler is further increased with the extension spoiler to maximize the area for downforce. It connects flatly with the under spoiler to increase downforce. The central shape of the tip minimizes downforce fluctuations due to body attitude changes, and also contributes to cooling of the engine oil cooler, transmission, and differential. A base spoiler is always required to install the extension spoiler.    Side SpoilerBumperAirflow from the grille at both ends of the bumper side is directed backward by the side spoiler through the outside of the tire, cooling the wheelhouse and promoting rearward rectification. Effective when wide tires protrude from the bumper. Can be installed alone.    Under spoilerThe under spoiler is the main source of downforce. It has as large an area as possible to gain large downforce. Therefore, the thickness of carbon is increased to ensure strength to withstand down force. The shape of the under spoiler allows smooth drainage from the engine oil cooler, which also contributes to cooling. The under spoiler cannot be installed alone. A PROTOTYPE WAS MADE IN FRP TO CHECK FITTING AND FUNCTION. THE BASE OF THIS PRODUCT WILL BE MADE OF CARBON USING THE INFUSION METHOD, BUT FRP IS ALSO BEING CONSIDERED FOR THE BASE AND SIDES OF THE FRONT SPOILER. AFTER TRYING VARIOUS MAINTENANCE WORK WITH THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION, WE DECIDED TO MODIFY THE INSTALLATION METHOD TO IMPROVE THE MECHANIC'S WORKABILITY. SINCE THERE ARE MANY INSTALLATION POINTS TO ENSURE STRENGTH, WE ARE TRYING TO MAKE IT AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE. NOW THAT THE CHECK WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED, THE AERO SYSTEM WILL BE REMOVED, PAINTED, AND REINSTALLED ON THE BODY. THE PROTOTYPE IS MADE OF DIFFERENT MATERIALS, BUT THE SHAPE IS THE SAME AS THE PRODUCT, SO YOU CAN CONFIRM THE IMAGE BY LOOKING AT THE PROTOTYPE. IT WILL BE EXHIBITED AT ASSIST KYOTO NEXT WEEKEND.   ABOUT THE IMAGESTHE IMAGES SHOW THE BASE, EXTENSIONS, UNDERBODY, AND SIDES ALL INSTALLED. FOR DAILY USE, ONLY THE BASE AND SIDES ARE RECOMMENDED. THE FRONT END EXTENSIONS AND UNDERBODY ARE FOR MOTORSPORTS USE WHERE DOWNFORCE IS REQUIRED.

FRONT SPOILER, UNDER SPOILER for G82 M4 vol.2

The design has been generally finalized and the design image is now available to the public. Front spoiler, front extension spoiler, front under spoiler, side spoiler, and four products are developed to demonstrate aerodynamics respectively. They are divided into sections to allow you to choose the one that best suits your application. Recommendation 1Front spoiler for simple style-up. Recommendation 2For a street-oriented style-up, a set of front spoiler and side spoiler. Recommendation 3For a deeper style up, add an extension spoiler to the front spoiler and side spoilers. Recommendation 4For motorsports use to generate large downforce, full kit including under spoiler. It will provide tremendous downforce. Recommendation 5The side spoiler can be installed as a stand-alone unit to channel airflow more efficiently through the side ducts of the stock front bumper, which has an aero effect on the wheel house. It is also effective in reducing drag protruding from the bumper due to wide tires. We are currently working on the master model base and plan to release it by the end of this year. LAPTORR Exhaust System for BMW G82-M4 LAPTORR Downpipes/CAT-Less for BMW G82-M4 The prototype for BMW G82-M4 has been completed! The features are as follows: The pipes that pass through both sides of the transmission are moved to the right side, making the dual pipes an "equal-length layout". This makes the exhaust pulsation wave flat and reduces the exhaust resistance, resulting in a high quality exhaust sound with high sound pressure. The rear silencer is designed to have low exhaust resistance even at high engine speeds, thus reducing exhaust loss when the exhaust flap is open. The exhaust pipe passes under the differential/driveshaft to reduce the temperature of the exhaust pipe. The main pipe is made of stainless steel and the finisher is made of titanium, 100mm x 4pcs. The stock actuator is used, so the exhaust flap operates as per DME control. The product is scheduled to be released around April 2024. The selling price is 690,000 yen (excluding tax) for the exhaust system (middle pipe + rear silencer) tentative * Can be installed on the stock downpipe. The stock intermediate pipe will be removed. Downpipes (catalyst-less) tentative 120,000 yen (excluding tax)
