Wide Front Fender for F82 M4 / Master Model
Wide Front Fenders for BMW F82 M4: Improved Cornering Force These front fenders were developed to improve cornering force. Based on the characteristics of the BMW F82 M4, the ASSIST F-M4 had already verified that cornering force is enhanced when all tires are the same size.While the ASSIST F-M4 project involved modifying the fenders to accommodate tires of the same size, we have now commercialized a wide fender that offers both weight reduction and improved cooling.The design retains the original BMW lines while incorporating a street-sport aesthetic. The increased volume from the wider fenders and the cooling ducts create an aggressive style. With the minimum necessary widening and slim ducts, the design has been meticulously crafted down to the finest details to ensure a balanced look—whether installed as a standalone fender kit or added to a vehicle already equipped with an aero kit. The BMW genuine side markers are reused. These fenders can be installed on vehicles equipped with a LAPTORR side spoiler without any modification. Reference values for width: These wide fenders are designed to accommodate BBS RI-A 18" 11.0J and RAYS TE37SAGA 18" 11.0J wheels with YOKOHAMA ADVAN A052 295/35-18 tires on the front.For the suspension, an INTRAX adjustable suspension system with camber/caster-adjustable front upper mounts is required, with camber set to approximately -2.5 to -3.0°. They also feature enhanced cooling performance. The ducts around the side markers—which were present on the previous model—have been extended to the side steps, and slits have been added to the top surface of the fenders. The master model is made of dry carbon using the prepreg process and weighs 810g. The lineup is planned to include two types: dry carbon and dry FRP. Prices will be announced at a later date.
Developed EXHAUST for the A90/91 Supra B58
Performance! Due to the characteristics of the B58 engine, while torque is extremely high up to about 2,000–4,000 rpm, it tends to drop significantly at higher RPMs due to the turbocharger’s capacity. As a performance muffler, the LAPTORR exhaust is designed to promote turbine rotation through low friction, delivering excellent performance at high RPMs. It also features exhaust pressure control, so you won’t notice any loss of torque in the low- to mid-RPM range. Sound Quality is a Priority! In Sport+ mode, the clear and pleasant exhaust note at high RPMs has a truly racy feel! In Comfort mode, the simple design effectively suppresses “muffled” sounds. Volume! In Sport+ mode, the volume is tuned to deliver the optimal sporty sound and tone from the driver’s seat when the throttle is fully open.Since the Supra’s cabin has excellent sound insulation, the volume may seem a bit loud when heard from outside. With exhaust bubbling sounds from systems like bootmod3, the volume is more than sufficient, so you have a wide range of adjustment options, making it easy to tailor the volume and sound quality to your preference. In Comfort Mode, when cruising at a constant speed without accelerating, the volume inside the cabin is low enough to hold a conversation comfortably, thanks to the characteristics of the B58 engine. Hot Version: Toge Maou 2019 WINNER
The ASSIST-M4 emerged as the winner in the 2019 Toge Maou Championship, featured on the Keiichi Tsuchiya Special Hot Version DVD. Since Japan’s top drivers compete at astonishing speeds on mountain passes—challenging locations quite different from circuits—the quality of the tuning is what makes all the difference. The fact that the ASSIST-M4, which also serves as a development vehicle for LAPTORR products, became the “Maou” is a crowning achievement that proves LAPTORR’s quality.
