Side Skirts
Material: FRP
Aerodynamic Benefits
These side skirts prevent air flowing along the side of the body from being drawn under the body, allowing air flowing from beneath the front to flow smoothly toward the rear without disruption. This generates downforce across the entire underbody, resulting in significant aerodynamic benefits.
The side skirts themselves feature an aerofoil profile that also generates downforce.
