Exhaust for the F87-M2 Competition S55 Engine Prototype

The specifications are designed with tuning in mind.
While we’ve adapted the design know-how from the F82-M4 exhaust, we’ve individually designed this system specifically for the M2 Competition, including changes to the silencer placement.

The main pipe and exhaust flap are both 70 mm in diameter.

The rear silencer has a significant impact on performance.
In Sport Plus mode, the exhaust flaps open fully, allowing exhaust to flow through both the straight pipe and the rear silencer. For this reason, the performance of the rear silencer is critical, so it is designed with a highly efficient exhaust system.
In Comfort Mode, all exhaust gases pass through the rear silencer, reducing the noise level to that of the stock system. The sound has LAPTORR's signature sporty tone.

The middle pipes are of unequal lengths to optimize performance and sound.
