Exhaust Prototype for the G82-M4

 
The prototype for the BMW G82-M4 is complete!

Its features are:
・Move the pipes running on either side of the transmission to the right, and the dual pipes "Equal-Length Layout" We've designed it this way. As a result, the exhaust pulsation wave is smoothed out, reducing exhaust resistance and producing a high-quality, powerful exhaust sound.
・The rear silencer features a design that minimizes exhaust resistance even at high engine RPMs, thereby reducing exhaust loss when the exhaust flap is open.
・Measures have been taken to reduce the temperature of the exhaust pipe that runs beneath the differential and driveshaft.
・The main pipe is made of stainless steel, and the exhaust tips are made of titanium—four 100mm tips.
・Since the stock actuator is reused, the exhaust flaps operate according to the DME's control signals.
　
It is scheduled to be released around April 2024.
