Exhaust prototype for G82-M4

 
The prototype for the BMW G82-M4 is complete!

Features include:
・Move the pipes running alongside the transmission to the right side to create a dual pipe configuration. Fixed-width layout This results in a flatter exhaust pulse waveform, reducing exhaust resistance and producing a high-quality, high-pressure exhaust sound.
・The rear silencer employs a structure with low exhaust resistance even at high engine RPM, minimizing exhaust loss when the exhaust flap is open.
・We have implemented measures to reduce the temperature of the exhaust pipe passing beneath the differential/drive shaft.
・The main pipe is stainless steel, and the finishers are titanium 100mm x 4-outlet.
・Since the genuine actuator is reused, the exhaust flap operates according to DME control.
　
The release is scheduled for around April 2024.
