DEVELOPMENT

We created a prototype using FRP to check the fit and functionality. While the base material for the final product is planned to be infusion-molded carbon fiber, we are also considering FRP for the front spoiler base and sides. After actually installing it and testing various maintenance procedures, we decided to modify the mounting method to improve the mechanic's workability. To ensure strength, the number of mounting points will increase, so we are devising ways to make it as simple as possible.The inspection process is complete, so the aero parts will be temporarily removed for painting before being reinstalled on the body. Although the material differs as this is a prototype, the shape matches the final product, allowing you to visualize the final design. It will be displayed at ASSIST Kyoto next weekend.　　　Regarding the images: The images show the base, extension, under, and side parts all installed. For everyday use, we recommend installing only the base and side parts. The front tip extension and under parts are for motorsports requiring downforce.
