Carbon Prepreg / Autoclave Process
This manufacturing process involves vacuum forming prepreg sheets—carbon fiber impregnated with epoxy resin—in a mold, then curing them under heat and pressure in an autoclave.
Made from the same materials and using the same manufacturing process as those used in racing cars, these parts are lightweight and highly durable.
The color scheme highlights the carbon fiber texture, allowing you to create a unique, original style.

Epoxy Glass Fiber Prepreg / Autoclave Curing Process
This process involves vacuum forming prepreg sheets—made by impregnating glass fiber with epoxy resin—in a mold, then curing them under heat and pressure in an autoclave.
Although the material differs from dry carbon, the manufacturing process is the same, resulting in a product that is lighter and more durable than conventional glass fiber (FRP). The vacuum forming process also allows for the creation of sharp, precise shapes.

Widening for Cornering Force

Fitting the same size tires and wheels on all four wheels is essential as a basic tuning step to enhance the BMW M4’s cornering performance.
With suspension tuning tailored to this setup, you can transform the car into a highly competitive cornering machine.
For the ASSIST F-M4 Maou, we widened the front fenders to accommodate YOKOHAMA ADVAN A052 295/35-18 tires and 18” 11.0J wheels, and we have now commercialized this design with added cooling functionality.
Please note that these fenders are specifically shaped to match the suspension, caster, and camber of the ASSIST F-M4 Maou, so they may not fit tires on all vehicle specifications.
The width increase from the stock fenders is listed as 25mm in the data, but this is not a measurement taken from an actual vehicle, so please use this figure for reference only.

Cooling inside the front wheel
