Carbon Prepreg / Autoclave Process
This manufacturing process involves vacuum-molding prepreg sheets—carbon fiber impregnated with epoxy resin—in a mold, then curing them under heat and pressure in an autoclave.
Made from the same materials and using the same manufacturing process as those used in race cars, these parts are lightweight and highly durable.
The color scheme, which makes the most of the carbon fiber weave, allows you to create a unique, original style.
Compatible with OEM side markers.

Surface Finish

Epoxy Glass Fiber Prepreg / Autoclave Curing Process
This process involves vacuum forming prepreg sheets—glass fiber impregnated with epoxy resin—in a mold, then curing them under heat and pressure in an autoclave.
Although the material differs from dry carbon, the manufacturing process is the same; as a result, the product is lighter and more durable than conventional glass fiber (FRP), and vacuum forming has enabled the creation of sharp, precise shapes.
Compatible with OEM side markers.

Widening for Cornering Force

As a basic tuning measure to enhance the BMW M4’s cornering force, it is essential to fit tires and wheels of the same size on all four wheels.
With suspension tuning tailored to this setup, you can transform the car into a highly competitive cornering machine.
For the ASSIST F-M4 Maou, we originally widened the front fenders to accommodate YOKOHAMA ADVAN A052 295/35-18 tires and 18” 11.0J wheels—all of the same size on all four wheels—and have now commercialized a version based on that design with added cooling functionality.
Please note that these fenders are specifically shaped to match the suspension, caster, and camber of the ASSIST F-M4 Maou; therefore, they may not fit tires on all vehicle specifications.
The width increase from the stock fenders is listed as 25 mm in the data, but this is not a measurement taken from an actual vehicle, so please use this figure for reference only.

Cooling Inside the Front Wheel

Ducts are provided at the top and rear to vent hot air from inside the front wheel.
