Carbon Prepreg / Autoclave Process
This manufacturing process involves vacuum-forming prepreg sheets—carbon fiber impregnated with epoxy resin—in a mold, then curing them under heat and pressure in an autoclave.
Made with the same materials and manufacturing process as those used in race cars, these parts are lightweight and highly durable.
The color scheme highlights the carbon fiber fabric, allowing you to create a unique, original style.

Surface Finish

Epoxy Glass Fiber Prepreg / Autoclave Curing Process
This process involves vacuum forming a prepreg sheet—in which glass fiber has been impregnated with epoxy resin—in a mold, then curing it by applying heat and pressure in an autoclave.
Although the material differs from dry carbon, the manufacturing process is the same; as a result, it is lighter and more durable than conventional glass fiber (FRP), and the vacuum forming process allows for the creation of sharp, precise shapes.

Widening for Cornering Force

As a basic tuning step to enhance the BMW M4’s cornering force, it is essential to fit the same size tires and wheels on all four wheels.
With suspension tuning tailored to this setup, you can transform the car into a highly competitive cornering machine.
For the ASSIST F-M4 Maou, we originally widened the front fenders to accommodate YOKOHAMA ADVAN A052 295/35-18 tires and 18” 11.0J wheels—all of the same size on all four corners—and have now commercialized a version based on that design with added cooling functionality.
Therefore, please note that these fenders are shaped specifically to match the suspension, caster, and camber of the ASSIST F-M4 Maou, so they may not accommodate tires on all vehicle specifications.
Although the data indicates a 25mm increase in width from the stock fenders, this figure is not based on actual measurements of the vehicle and should be used for reference only.

Cooling Inside the Front Wheel

Ducts are installed at the top and rear to vent hot air from inside the front wheel.
