This manufacturing process involves vacuum forming pre-impregnated sheets of carbon fiber saturated with epoxy resin into a mold, then curing them through heating and pressurization in an autoclave.
Constructed using the same materials and methods as racing cars, it is lightweight yet highly durable.
Color schemes that highlight the carbon fiber weave allow for a unique, original style.

Surface Finish

Epoxy Glass Fiber Prepreg / Autoclave Process Manufacturing Method
This method involves vacuum forming prepreg sheets—glass fiber impregnated with epoxy resin—in a mold, then curing them through heating and pressurization in an autoclave.
While the material differs from dry carbon, the manufacturing process is identical. This results in a product that is lighter and more resilient than conventional glass fiber (FRP), achieving sharp shapes through vacuum forming.

Widening for Cornering Force

To enhance the cornering force of the BMW M4, fitting identical-size tires and wheels on all four wheels is essential as a base tuning step.
Combined with suspension tuning tailored to this setup, you can create a highly competitive cornering machine.
For the ASSIST F-M4 Maou, we modified the front fenders to widen them, enabling the use of YOKOHAMA ADVAN A052 295/35-18 tires and 18" 11.0J wheels with uniform size across all four wheels. We have now commercialized this design, incorporating additional cooling functionality based on that shape.
Therefore, please note that this fender is shaped specifically for the ASSIST F-M4 Maou's suspension, caster, and camber settings. It will not accommodate tires on all vehicle specifications.
The width increase from the stock fender is listed as 25mm in the data, but this is not a measurement taken from an actual vehicle and should be considered for reference only.

Cooling within the front wheel

Ducts are provided at the top and rear to vent hot air from within the front wheel.
