This device changes the pressure inside the engine crankcase from positive to negative.
The negative pressure reduces the force pushing the pistons back due to pressure and reduces air resistance, making it easier for the pistons to move.
The α system’s valve control draws in air from the air filter to prevent the negative pressure from exceeding the specified limit.

The effects are as follows:
Improved engine pickup.
Better response when pressing the accelerator pedal from a standstill.
Smoother gear shifts.
