This device changes the pressure inside the engine crankcase from positive to negative.
The negative pressure reduces the pushback force on the pistons caused by pressure and minimizes air resistance, allowing them to move more freely.
The α system’s valve control draws in air from the air filter to prevent the negative pressure from exceeding the specified limit.

The effects are as follows:
Improved engine pickup.
Better response when pressing the accelerator pedal from a standstill.
Smoother gear shifts.
