LAPTORR Exhaust System for BMW G82-M4 　 LAPTORR Downpipes/CAT-Less for BMW G82-M4 We have completed a prototype for the BMW G82-M4!Key features include: ・The pipes running alongside the transmission have been shifted to the right side, creating an “equal-length layout” for the dual pipes. This flattens exhaust pulsation waves, resulting in reduced exhaust resistance and a high-quality, powerful exhaust sound. ・The rear silencer features a design that minimizes exhaust resistance even at high engine RPMs, thereby reducing exhaust loss when the exhaust flaps are open.・Measures have been taken to lower the temperature of the exhaust pipes passing beneath the differential and driveshaft.・The main pipes are made of stainless steel, and the finishers are four 100mm titanium quad-outlet tips.・Since the stock actuator is reused, the exhaust flaps operate exactly as controlled by the DME. Based on the design, prototype versions of each silencer have been completed one after another. Molds for the G-M4-specific parts are currently being manufactured.

We have begun development of an exhaust system for the F82-M4. We plan to release two products: a downpipe and a section extending from the downpipe to the tailpipe. This high-performance exhaust is ideal for tuned engines. It is made of stainless steel, and we aim to price it in the same range as the F82-M4 exhaust, so please stay tuned!

We have begun developing aerodynamic parts for the G82 M4. To start the digital design process, we used a 3D scanner to capture the body’s dimensions. We have already completed a rough sketch of the front spoiler, which will feature a modern style that complements the BMW bumper design. We plan to release a rendering based on the 3D data before the product launches. The underbody panel will be designed to generate downforce for motorsport applications.
